Senior Risk Analyst
Monitor geopolitical developments. Build risk models. Work backwards from client portfolios to identify exposure. You'll spend time reading think tanks and arguing about probability. Need 7+ years in political economy, emerging markets, or similar. Strong with SQL and Python.

Manage hedging strategies for institutional clients. Think like an investor. Understand their constraints. Design solutions that actually work. We're looking for someone with 9+ years managing assets or running trading desks. Track record matters more than pedigree.

Build relationships with family offices and institutional investors. You understand political risk intuitively. Sales skills are secondary—credibility is primary. Can explain complex hedges in plain English. Travel 30% of the time to meet clients face-to-face.

Build pipelines. Clean data. Make our systems faster. You'll work with Python, Postgres, and a bit of everything else. We're 47 terabytes of geopolitical signals and we need someone who can make sense of it without complaining about the architecture.
